Package Pickup

As a general rule, packages are picked up within 24 hours of receiving payment through one of the various transportation agencies we work with, and you will be provided with a tracking number. It is important that the camera is properly packaged to avoid any damage during transportation. We advise wrapping it in plenty of bubble wrap and then placing it in a small box where the camera has no room to move.

Once we receive the package at our facilities, we will proceed with the repair and return it to the owner by the same means of transport used to collect the camera. We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer during shipping
