Shipping and Returns
Package Pickup
Packages are collected within 24 hours of placing the order through the MRW agency, and you will be provided with a tracking number. It is important that the camera is properly packaged to avoid any damage during tranport.
Once we receive the package at our facilities, we will proceed with the repair. The return to the owner will be made using the same transport method used for pickup. We are not responsible for any damage your package may sustain afeter shipping, but we package your camera as if it were highly fragile, and you will receive it in sufficiently secure packaging.
Payment for the Repair
Payment for the repair is made once the work is completed. We will inform you via WhatsApp or a phone call that the repair has been carried out and provide instructions for payment, preferably by bank transfer, although other options are available, such as BIZUM or a payment link we can send you to pay by card.
